unlimited Xp (New)

Post by christof »

After you have completed the game,go back to vault city and go into the vault. Go to the 3rd level and use the main computer. There will be a new option called "insert pip boy into the slot you've seen before". The pip boy will then d/l the game designer notes. Read it and it will tell you to use the computer on the left most room on the same level. The computer is located on the top right hand corner of the leftmost room. Use the computer Terminal to get a whopping 20k XP!. The best part is that you can use it for infinite amount of times!

You can also use the Fallout2 Hintbook, given by Father Trully after finishing the game, for the same purpose (10K xp points, but raises all your skills to 300%). Funny, heh.

There is this little trick in Den:

Go and speak to the drunken dude that asks you for a 1000 caps in Mum's Dinner. Give him as much as possible. He will faint. Now use steal skill on him and take away one cap at a time... you cen steal up to 10 caps (I think) for 250 XP points... With "Fast Learner" that can be 275 XP per steal. The good thing is that if you fail the steal, he is still fainted and will not attack you as others do. I gained 6 levels like that!

SPOILER:

Later when you actually have to talk to the guy about ghost farm problems (yes that was him who ran away from the "gohsts") you will be capable of talking to him. Don't worry... ends here.
There once was a beast over seven hills and seven seas... One day the beast walks out and says "Shit man! Look where I live!"

If you have the ability to use the computer near Darion's bedroom on the third level of Vault 15 you will get a disk detailing the spy or mole in NCR's government.

When you return that disk to Gunthur he will give you about 6000 exp and something like 1000-3000 dollars, steal the disk back off him and repeat for all the experience AND money you'll ever need.

that can't work

since when u deliver the disk u get the quest crossed out

and if u give em things they mostly dissappear :P

Have you tried it? I use an unpatched version of Fallout (less glitches for me) and it very much works.
