flail heads
I don't remember which is where, but I know where all three are...
1 in the room next to the forge (secret door) directly east of the go
2 in the room with all the gollums (on the way to the basement staircase)
3 on the charmed servant in the "banquet hall?" south of the gollum room (via another secret passage) kill him and loot it...

If you have the tactics mod component "Improved Torgal/D'Arnise Hold" installed the flail is somewhat harder to complete because Torgal himself has the last part (or it's in the chest behind him, I'm not sure)
There are three kinds of people that no one understands: geniuses, madmen and guys that mumble.

speaking of the flail heads, where can you put it together? I've got all three and when I talk to that smith that makes things whole (equilizer, the bow...) ther is no option to create the flail...
There once was a beast over seven hills and seven seas... One day the beast walks out and says "Shit man! Look where I live!"

I think if you are good enough (and have Nalia in your party) you can actually prevent him from attacking, instead peacefully handing over the flail. I haven't tried it, but i heard you also gain more exp.

In memorian: Fiona; Ravager; Lestat; Phreddie; and all of those from the 1500 incident. Lest we forget.
actually, you do it by charming him, and waiting untill the charm expires. he will then be neutral, and you can initiate conversation with him.
the XP reward is defenately larger.
I tried this last night, but every time my Charm wore off he was still red-circled. Even Nalia couldn't calm him down and make him friendly again.
Drats I say! Drats!!
Although I did make the Flail. Nice weapon too!

No, I haven't attacked him, my first action is the Charm spell. Hmm, maybe it has to be the Charm spell from the ring? (I didn't have the ring at the time, as Jaheira had just left to go to the Harpers Hold - I'm surprised you guys in the US didn't hear me yelling!)
