Where's the iron prybar? SPOILERS

I need the silly prybar to get through the alley of Lingering Sighs. I read in a walkthrough there is one in the painted thug tenement, but I can't seem to find it. I got x,y coordinates from a walkthrough, but don't know how to use them in game. Any help? Also, do I need to keep it once I act as midwife to the alley?

You should get the coordinate cursor if you press L on your keyboard.

Once you give birth to the alley, that will be it for the prybar, as well as the hammer... sure, you can use it in combat though..
