killing npcs

Post by tremaine »

If you kill this characters you can get this magic items....

Shandolar: two wolfsbane charm and a robe of the neutral archmagi (werewolf island)

Poe: spear +1 (firewine bridge)

Drizzt: Frostbrand+3,Defender+5,Mithril chain mail+4 (AR4200)

Demonknight: full plate mail+1,helmet of opposite alignment (entrance to Durlags tower)

You don't need to kill him to get this weapon just do this...
Ghost of Ulcaster: Give Ulcaster the Idol of Kozah and the Ancient Armor from the Firewine Ruins for the Long Sword +1: The Vampire’s Revenge.

Ok can you help me add more onto this list? Lets kill more npcs ;)

Killing NPCs might get you in trouble... Isn't it possible to filch those stuff from them instead? (On second thought, I have no idea how I'd steal a full armor from someone WEARING it  :D )
Up the IRONS!

I've found out you sometimes don't lose rep with some off the characters you bump off e.g Shandolar you think I lose rep for that huh? and that guy with the quest you go on to get his stealth boots did his quest gave his boots to him got exp then I killed him in the inn and got the boots back without no one going hostile on me or losing rep

I think you can only nick some items off characters, with drizzt you only get one sword if you pickpocket but if you destroy him you get two brand new swords and some polished armour to wear down the inn for later

The way I play, is kill everyone with a name (unless you lose substantial rep and gain a minimal wepeon/exp reward - or unless they have a quest, with them I kill them before they walk off after giving me my reward exp, so I gain extra exp - Also if they anger a whole room full of people who are important - I killed the whole of Friendly Arm because no one mattered to me)

So yeah, kill everyone, then repent at a temple if need be.

tremaine we admire your efforts but there are plenty of BG item lists in the internet.
The problem is that the people with the most ridiculous ideas are always the people who are most certain of them.
