Sidenote: No, Gruntboy and Ubik do not murder countless innocents (yet), because Magus would not have allowed it.

With a dash Gruntboy slices a waitress's head off, and Magus attacks.
Magus: Time Stop
Magus: Summon Mordekain's Sword (at Gruntboy's throat)
Magus: Summon Mordekain's Sword (at Ubik's throat)
Magus: Animate Dead (Skeleton Warrior) (right behind Ubik)
As time unfreezes, Gruntboy and Ubik find themselves helpless. Gruntboy can't move or the Sword will cut his throat wide open, and if Ubik utters one magical word the Skeleton Warrior behind him (magic resistant) will impale him through. Magus stands looking grimly at the two, awaiting a response.

Your move Gruntboy and Ubik...
Feel free to add your input as well Drakron and Fallout (and Keldorn) for what your characters do as Magus stands there.

P.S.:This is completely legal, as I really do have these spells normally memorized (and you were hopelessly outnumbered anyway) This just saves some needless and confusing battle.

Sidenote: I'll control Aerie. So no killing her off...

Aerie, her robe in tatters and frightened to the point of panic, dashes out of the catacombs and out into the graveyard. A skeletal hand reaches out of the ground and grabs her leg in midstride, and she tumbles to the ground. In terror, she turns undead, and the hand crumbles to dust. She frantically scrambles up and runs out of the graveyard to find her beloved.

(Black is indeed a fast mount since they pass Baldur´s gate, Beregost and Naskel in only one day)

Magus (coldly): Very well. But keep a handle on your partner. We will not tolerate the slaughter of innocents (motions towards the decapitated barmaid). You have been warned. Any further hostility will be met without mercy. You will restore her, then we shall talk (he telepathically commands the flying swords and the skeleton warrior to stand aside, but conspicuously does not unsummon them).
The inn is silent as everyone stares at the dead barmaid. The skeleton warrior emits an aura of maleavolence, and those near it scramble away as it turns its blazing eyes upon them. A few patrons slip out, and run down the street in total panic.
Magus: Make haste, for soon we shall draw unwanted attention.

Meanwhile...
Aerie wanders the streets of Athlatka. Her disheveled appearance turns heads, but more unusual happenings are up, and they quickly turn away. Suddenly, a voice separates itself from the din. A town crier shouts, "Trouble up at the Copper Coronet! A brawl turns deadly serious! Magus stops a killer's rampage with stunning power! All this from a few that managed to escape with their lives! Come one and come all to watch this huge spectacle!"

At the sound of Magus's name, Aerie's head shoots up and she stops in her tracks. A few people bump into her and curse, then move on. Aerie's face brightens, then it suddenly hits her that Magus is in danger. She rushes off at a sprint towards the Copper Coronet.

I'm not sure what Drow and Necromancer's drink so you'll have to get your own. Besides, Weasel didn't give me an advance. <He better cough up when we get back to the hideout...>

The glance in his eye becomes red like hellfire. The mighty necromancer stands up and speaks with words that where old when earth was still young.

Grogoth sarras Lebinan turum..."

As the spell takes its form, a light made out of pure darkness emences of his hands. It strikes the dead body and a few moments later a dizzy but living woman is trying to sit up.
