everytime i try to play IWD2 my cursor kepps flickering and parts of it cut out for a moment. i have tried everything i can think of but to no avail. i have patched the game to 2.1 and have tried three different display drivers. i have heard mention of hardware acceleration. would that pertain to my problem? any help would be appeciated.
Here are some hardware specs:
AMD64 3200+
ATI Radeon 9800 Pro(i tried with catalyst 3.7 and 4.10 and Omega 4.10)
MSI K8T Neo
1 GB Corsair DDR RAM
WinXP w/sp2
Mouse cursor flickers

Well i have no help for you..
I remember someone asking answer to this same problem.. but he got no help that worked.. So if that isn't truly critical or prevents you from playing.. then just play.. But there might be someone with answer to this thing.. but i doubt it..
