Hmmm, iirc there are NWN "Character Generators" out there that allow you to choose such things while making your chara - but for all I know it isn't possible to add such stuff -after- the chara is already finished.
So, if you already played with that chara, you can not add those gimmicks anymore. If you plan on making a new chara with such looks, browse around a bit on the big NWN sites like for example nwvault. They should have one or two such Chara-generators available for download.
