If you key Daedric Longbow into the search function you'll find all kinds of information on how to obtain one
There is no such thing as a Daedric Crossbow, the best crossbow you can acquire is the Dwarven Crossbow. From what I recall they are random, I'm pretty sure I found mine in a locked chest somewhere in a Dwemer ruin, but I don't remember where.
Plenty of people will disagree with me
D) but I tend to prefer the crossbow. It is much lighter to lug about and, IMO, it is considerably easier to aim when your marksman skill is at a lower level.

One longbow is for sale in the Vivec fletcher shop, assuming you have the proper plug in (area effect arrows plug in), and another, is in a cave. You can't see it from the ground and you have to levitate to get to it. It's on a corpse on a piece of rock, high up in that cave. I also found Daedric arrows next to the corpse, six of em. I never even knew those arrows existed.

No, I don't dis-agree, i prefer the crossbow as well, i wouldn't say it becomes as powerful as a longbow but then i know there's a crossbow that Bethesda never added in which is an wooden crossbow, something like oak which i use. It's easy to find in TES Construction set

Ok I'm on the xbox so it might be a little diff for pcbut here goes.
near balmora follow the path down the river untill you come to a suspension bridge. cross the suspension bridge and keep going stright there is an ebony mine go there get the ebony if you want or leave it. there is nobody in there then go to vivac and find the haunted manor. its in the plaza but I dont remember witch one. there will be a guy in there behind a locked door that you can talk to. talk about the subject of, I cant remember the name of the mine but its something ebeny mine. he will then say he cant mine it but the info is still useful and then he will ask you what weapon you use say bows and he will give you a dadric longbow. thats one way I found to get it

I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other gods you will understand why I dismiss yours.

Or here is another option... It has been said here before, but the *best* longbow in the game is the bound daedric longbow. It is weightless, it does not need to be repaired, and it contributes 10 extra points in Marksmanship.
I just enchanted a pair of exquisite pants with constant effect: bound longbow, bound longsword and bound boots.
This works very well; three normally heavy items all contained in one pair of pants weighing 2 pounds

Sadly, there are no bound dai-katana or claymore spells. I still find it useful to have a bound longsword, though, because I like to carry a second weapon with me, so it is nice to have one that weighs nothing. Also, just as the bound longbow adds 10 points to Marksman, the bound longsword adds 10 points to.. you guessed it... .. Longsword. This still does not result in as much damage as a claymore or dai katana, but it certainly helps to make up some of the difference.
Off topic here but, bound boots add 10 extra points to Speed. This gives a nice, realistic boost to movement without being ridiculous about it. And, of course, unlike the Boots of Blinding Speed.. bound boots have a good AC, and only need to be re-equipped for repairs.
For a listing of available bound items and where the spells can be found see:http://home.twmi.rr.com/hanu9/mwind/spellsearch.htm

There is a second daedric longbow which it not known to most: on the paper map (if any of you have one), follow the borders of the ashlands north of Ald-Ruhn until you reach a daedric ruin (you can see it on the map) . I can't remember it's name but I think it starts with 'M'. Levitate to the uppermost tower and on the edge facing the hills, there is a portal leading to 'M'(something), forgotten galeries. Levitate up to the uppermost balcony, and near a corpse fallen over a chest, you will find some gold, a cruddy enchanted steel sword, 8 daedric arrows (the only ones in the game[but on a lighter note they NEVER break] ), A propylon index (it's hard to see, but it's there) and a daedric Longbow.

Get up, stand up. Come on, throw your hands up.
If you've got the feeling, Jump across the ceiling.
