Don't get too excited, he's not a very tough opponent.

he does carry a pretty sweet amulet though. but the previous poster is right. if you want a challenge, fight him naked with a rusty spoon.

Killing that guy is indeed very satisfying since he's such an idiot that it gets on my nerves that such a mongoloid has been allowed to become the archmage..

too bad the fight is over in 2hits but oh well, it was fun 2seconds at least :D

bah dont kill him with a rusty spoon, really put him down by making a spell such as this:
Fire Dmg 2 for 180 secs
cast it on him and then levitate an watch while he slowly dies, its very amusing, plus it only takes about 20 seconds, hes just that weak
Finally running a decent computer!

I just insulted him until he attacked me at the guild, and used my sword (with build-in paralysis attack) to take him out.

You're right: nice amulet. :D

I think of him same as I think of cliff racers. Extremely annoying and easy to kill. The only difference is that he comes with much nicer loot.

I was thinking of something... Is it possible to drain his magicka so that he attacks you with melee weapons, cast levitate on target on him, levitate to the top of the arena, let him follow you and watch him fall to death when his levitate expires?

In theory, yes. But remember, he's got that amulet which makes any attempt at drain moderately unlikely to succeed.

Well, you can use the fork from Sheograd's quest (the one with the Spear of Bitter Mercy) to kill him :p

Personally, I killed him by beating him to death with the severd Nord leg u find on the Thirsk quest where ou have to kill the Uderfrykte (I hope I spelled that right). It was slap-stick humour at it's best. ;)

You can become co-archmage and not kill him if you're the friendly type. I would've liked to kill him but never got that option.

Yeah, but who would WANT to do that and keep that arseface in charge? I mean, this is the same guy who wanted to learn to talk to silt striders in order to keep tabs on people who ride them. Do we honestly want such stupidity at the head of an entire guild?

I thought it was really funny to kill him using no magic at all.. I just ran around the rim and shot at him with ranged weapons, he kept trying to blast me, but no luck. :D
