I was walking along the shore and found a row boat and jumped in it, but couldn't use it. Did I miss something? :confused:

No, you didn't miss anything, you can't use boats in the game. You can walk on water though.. :p

And you can fly so there are enough other options :p

EDIT: If you were planing to go fishing flying isn't an option I gues.

Well, there are a few mods (available in most sites) that allow you to obtain and pilot a boat in real-time, however, I don't know if they're any good, having not downloaded one yet.
