I think that once you kill Twinblade, assasains come to kill you. I know two places where assasains come: in the Witchwood cullis gate, right before you leave, there is a small inlet. If you go in and turn to your right around the statue of the earth thing, an assasain will come and try to kill you. Another way is to go to Knothole Glade, as soon as you go in, stay still for ten seconds. Then continue forward. In the path to the left, an assasain tries to ambush you. Sadly, this will only work once each time you visit the area, like you can't get two assasains in the same area without leaving it first. Oh, and to get the renown for killing all the assasains, I think you need to kill around ten to fifteen of them.

A weird thing happened to me yesterday - I have killed Jack and was roaming around hoping to find more hidden quests or something (yeah, right!) and went to Knothole Glade and TWO assassins jumped out at me. They came from a small pathway near the bridge that I haven't noticed before. At the top of the pathway is a chest with an emerald in it.
Just thought I'd share that.
