FOLLOW the plot!!

you get there after spellhold, but ill advise that you take saernon havarian's offer of a ship..then you will get to the saughain city..and earn a lot of goodies, plus you will get the silver sword quest

Yeah, that's right! You coerced me into invading that lich's tower, even though I would have done it anyway. But now it's level 18 mage payback time! Prepare for a Skeleton Warrior fest!
