I'm playing this game with a paladin now, and I'm doing tis quest for the Temple of Helm where I have to intercept the transfer of some stolen relic from a thief name Travin to the Talasans.
My problem is I can't find him for the god damn life of me!! I know he's in the slums and he only comes out at night, but I can't find him. I even gotten as far as seeing him on the list when my paladin used the sense evil ability, but after running around the whole area for about 8 game hours, I still can't find him.
Is this guy invis'ed or what?

Travin should be standing above the building that holds the Copper Coronet. For some reason he doesn't always show up wich have led me to suspect that it is a timed quest. Or just a buggy one. No real profit from doing the quest though, should you not be a priest of lathander that is.
In retrospect he always turned up for me when I went from the temples to the slums without taking a rest or a detour. Perhaps it's just scripted to work if one finishes it immediatly?
