Which Lightsaber?

Hello for all those who have never seen one of my posts on Game Banshee Network, but I have a question. I just ordered KOTOR off of Amazon.com for my X-box and wanted to know what diffrent lightsabers there are and what do you think of KOTOR?

lightsabers

alright the types of lightsabers include short and regular. short lightsaber is best for your left hand and my suggestion is that you include the blaster bolt crystal and the droid crystal. for the long i suggest using the dragon crystal and there is in the late game a crystal for good people that allows you to get a huge bonus on the dark side. if your evil go for opila. hasnt failed me yet. srry forgot most of the crystal names. anyways just remember keep alot of medpacs they come in handy

like the one in episode one..

Aarghh, you are forgetting the best type; the Doublebladed Lightsaber! Gives 2d10 damage on both hands (or 4-40), while the regular/short only give 2d8+2d6 (or 4-28) damage. That's 6 more damage on average for the doublebladed.

But 2 blades also gives you room for 2 more crystals. With HotG and MoF that is a very powerful combination!

To be honest I used one more or less all the time anyway, other ways might make it slightly easier in a fight and such like, but not in a way that would make it impossible just using a single blade. The type of saber you use is more of a role-playing decision than a tactical one, its just you might have to work harder with one or the other.

Hey everyone! I'm new to the forums and i just wanted to put my 2 cents in. The way I look at it, if you have 2 really rare crystals you want to put together into a lightsaber, just put them in a doublebladed lightsaber instead to provide 2 attacks per round with that powerful combo.

This is useful when you don't have 2 of each crystal to put in dual sabers.
