TDD doubt (with spoilers)

I have a doubt:

Just isntalled TDD mod today, in his full mode, last version, yada yada, and started a new game, just as the instructions. But, instead of finding a complete new game, I found the same game with new characters. Is that right? Aint it a total SOA conversion? Where do I find the action?

It is not a total coversion, it does add new area's, weapons, monsters, spells and a new -quite large- sidestory. Just play the game, and you will notice the changed stuff soon enough.

I got scared, having never played it before, man, they are 300 mb on the last version!!!
