Lemons and Potatoes
Does anyone know where I can find these oddities? I am anxious to build some charges on my own, but am not looking forward to investing in chemistry. I have the lemon and potatoes charges found schematic, but don't know where to find the components.

They're quite hard to find at first but if you pay careful attention you can get lemons and potatoes at most of the farm type properties around the place.
The ones that I've noticed in particular are at:
Shrouded Hills
There's a little house thingy to the northwest of the blacksmith (and southwest of the healing goods lady) with a few animals like cows about. Around this area is a patch of farmland and I seem to remember a few trees that you should be able to search. On the ground has this very distinctive brown "mesh" grassy looking patch that you can sometimes check for potatoes.
Ashbury
South east of the graveyard, north west of the fingerless gun master, west of the jail. There should be some potatoes around on the ground in those distinctive brown mesh patches.
Caladon
South west of the farming area. West of one the first houses you see coming from the main bridge (the bridge that also has the Mushroom inn and blacksmith on it).
Many of the farming areas seem to have little hidden patches for you to get potatoes and lemons if you look hard enough, but I can't confirm whether they regrow (doubtfull).

Thanks
Deadalready, you have given me some excellent advice. It's really annoying that trees like electicity and gunsmith can only make their ammo by using other trees (ex. chem and explosives), or, in this case, searching. Batteries are too expensive at the stores.
