Question Concering Areas.

Post by drimitz »

Does anyone know if the only 4 areas in the game are Hollywood, Santa Monica, Chinatown, and Downtown... Is this it or do you move to new ones when you complete all of the missions for those 4?

I think so. If you look at your log you have only those four areas listed at the top, one log for each. But I know that are other smaller areas on the map that you can travel to but those are quest reletad which I don't think you can travel back to once the quest is done. Not sure about that one though...

Thats what I was afraid of.

Not a very long game then. That sucks I like it but was hoping for more cities.

Well, BG1 had has far as i remember only 3 cities (2 of them which were villages), still it will take anyone doing the sidequests at least 70 hours to complete. So don't judge by the numbers of cities

Is there a site with a list of the side quests yet?

I have completed all of the quests I could find and the game in under 48 hours. I need to find a list of quests so I can see if I missed some.

I think I read somewhere that you can't do all the quest with the same character. Some quests are character/clan based. Someone correct me if I'm wrong...

I'm playing three different characters at the moment with different approaches (brutal, stealth and dialogue) and so far some of the quests, even though they are the same, have given me different options. I guess thats is dialogue based as well.

I see.

Well that stinks, I dont want to start over with a new character just to complete all the quests. Thanks for the info.

To me thats the beaty of RPG games. You go berserk through one game with one character and you talk your way through with another character.

It'd be ok.

It'd be ok if the quests where different for each of the clans, though there are different options for the quests its still the same quest. Guess I've lost my rpg lovin feeling.
