STUCK! HElp! Endgame help needed.

I have pretty much completed the game. I won't wear out my welcome by spoiling it for you though

So I sneakisied into the Tam-Join or whatever they are called(The asian vampires in China town) after the cabby dropped me off right there....I entered the temped, yada yada, walked around snapping people's necks from behind, yadda yadda....

I came to this place with a barred door. When I look at the bar it gives me a little icon of a guy pushing a wall foreward. Trying to interact with the bar does absoutly nothing, trying to push on it with my body and movement does absoutly nothing. Shooting everything in the goddam room does absoutly nothing.

There is a large water-wheel asian thing and some plants. I can not interact with them in any way, nor can I attack them or jump up on top of them.(Not even from the 2nd floor)

There was a clicky lightbox thing on the ground a few rooms back, I clicked that. Didn't change anything.

I am utterly stuck....I don't mind spending an hour figureing out what I missed, but this is ridiclous. No clues no nothing.

Help please!

Bar the doors!!

the wooden bar can be pushed from the left side towards the right by standing at the left end and push it towards the right.

once u can't push it any futher, stand on the left hand side of the bar at the right end and continue pushing rightwards.
