Stuck - Museum Quest for the Prince

Post by spydy »

I have been running around the Museum for hours and Im totally stuck. Im at a point where i have gone through a door which required a keycode, then through a hallway with red beams and an alarm. At the end of the hall in the left hand wall is a door which requires a keycard - How the hell do I open this door? I haven't found the card or any other means of opening it? I have no idea how to progress - I cant even get back out of the Museum

Did you just blow through the beams, or switch them off? In that control room by the door you can hack the terminal to disable the beams and alarms, which seems tied to the door.

At first I just ran through the beams, but later I turned off both the beams and the alarm and the door remains locked

Hmm..I never encountered any of this. I ran down a corridor with a locked door and a guard station on the right. I shot the guard, jumped through the broken glass and exited the room and it lead me to the Ankaran thingy.

Hmmm, Well where I am at I have gone down a hallway and on the right there are two windows, one is barred and you can see a shipping container and some otehr junk in the room beyond, the next is a window leading into a control room with a computer to turn the alarms and the beams off, the door to the room is un-openable.

Back out of the window there is a door leading into the corridor with the red beams, at the end of this corridor there is a door on the left and the corridor continues to the right (which is locked), ending at what is presumably the other side of the un-openable door in the control room.

Well, I was trying to sneak through ... as a Tremere I can just 'Trance' people, but that guard I could sneak by but not take out without killing.

Ok, forget everything - Im an absolute tard! On the floor of the corridor is a keycard - I thought it was a baton I couldnt pick up because I already had one. I want to cringe at the thought of how much time I wasted here. hehe

With me the guard dropped the keycard after I used hysteria on him. I love hysteria. It really helps me relate to people in a new way.
