Where do I find Jan Jansen after he leaves the party?

I had Jan, then I reformed and got rid of him. When he left he said, "I'll be in the slums near the tower, you know the one." I can't find him... am I tripping? Glitch\bug? Please help me find Jan!!! hehe

The Jansen Home is in the slums district east of the Copper Coronet. Go inside there and look around. Hopefully he is waiting there to sell you some fresh turnips.

The Jansen home is marked on the map automatically too. So it is easy to spot.
