I've cleared out the keep and received my reward but my journal still has the quest as active. I can still go into the keep (it hasn't been taken over) and I've waited weeks but still have'nt been notified of the funeral. Please help
Here's my queston: have you been entirely in dungeons that whole time questing and such? After clearing out her hold it stayed in my log then I went on the Firkraag quest which took a while, then did the Maavar's quest and then I was notified of the funeral. Not saying you have to do those in that order, but it may take a while to get the funeral notice anyway. It sure did on my second time through. My first game, I was told the second I reached Athkatla straight from her hold.
As for it still being in your log, it'll remain there for the duration since you're essentially managing a fiefdom full-time. Every so often swing back by and you may get an additional appearance by one of your serfs having a problem. Worth oodles of exp.
