quest with the flesheater

Hi,
I'm at the abandoned hospital in downtown. I've met the flesheater and agreed to trick the reporter in going to her but I can't find him now. Where is he? he apparantly fled the hospital.

He left a business card on the ground near the computer, it'll direct you to the Skyeline Apartments.

Hmmm... yeah... I was all against feeding that idiot to a flesh eating monster... So I took her apart with my trust axe. I found the guy later in his apartment, and I told him to leave town... and I didn't even get a humanity reward for my trouble!!!

Not only that, but you've missed out on the uber artifacts you can get by getting a pair of items for the flesh eater. One of the artifacts is okay, but the other is one of the most useful items in the game.
