Where's Boris?

Does anyone have any idea how I can find Boris?

This is part of a quest for the owner of the cathedral club downtown. Apparently, he is supposed to be in the penthouse of the empire arms, however, there is no penthouse level to my knowledge so I assume this means the 6th floor. I also sneaked past the receptionist and used his computer to find out about all the guests and found he was in room 2 but there was just a random guy in room 2, i.e. no Boris.

After searching the level a bit more thoroughly I came to a locked door that had a guard outside who told me to get lost. Then he vanished. I am assuming this was just another a bug in the game rather than being a guard with super vanishing powers

But I can't find anyway of getting through the locked door though. Any ideas if the game has just accidentally locked me out of the room or is there another way in?

It's not like it's stopping me proceeding in the game or anything its just that I hate having loose ends in my quest book!

Yup, Boris is on the 6th floor. Take the doors to the right when you arrive up there. Boris is in the room with a guard outside, kill the guard and you should be able to go inside and kill Boris.

Or if you prefer the bloodless option use dementia or dominate on the guard.

And if you prefer the really bloody.... use dementia on the guard. Then use it again on Boris

Thanks guys.

From what you say it sounds as though I shouldn't of had any problems getting past the security guard and through the door. So it sounds like their was a glitch in my game that occurred when the security guard disapeared and then prevented me from opening the door.

I think I find a walk through walls cheat and just open the door from the other side, unfortunately that means I won't be able to set the security guard on Boris though

whats the console command to get dementia cause i cant get that disipline i tryed vstats get dementia or whatever but it didnt work can someone tell me i want that dis. lol

Has anyone tried all the scenarios?
Boris hired my character to kill Venus instead. Killed Venus and report back.
Got 2+1=3 experiences total and $1,000 reward. But can't touch any of Boris' stuff I guess.

Alternative, Killed Boris and report back. 2+1=3 experiences total, and $250, a watch from Boris' office, also a book from other room, have to kill my way out. And got $250 from Venus, is told that partner from then and come back to get my profit share after few nights... more $ later? wonder if that's true.

yeah. venus pays you on a regular basis. just check into her club every once in awhile for a nice easy 250 dollars.
