I lost my Intestines: Help?

Post by Jatelka »

Title says it all really: I've put them down somewhere and rather suspect I might need them again (no spoilers please). Is there a way to spawn them back in?

All help appreciated

I honestly can't think of a way to get the intestines back (it would require a cheat or a trainer to spawn items as well as the correct item name).

EDIT: I've found how to enable cheats in Icewind Dale, but I don't have space for PST on my hard drive right now and can't test if it works with it as well.

1) Enable console cheats by adding the line Cheats=1 under Game Options in the icewind.ini file.
2) During gameplay press Ctrl + Tab
3) GETYOURCHEATON:CreateItem([item name])

The item name is another thing altogether...

Where did you drop them? On the floor? In a barrel? In the Mortuary? In the Trash Warrens? so on and so forth....

I'm afraid you'll have to go back and search for them. They will come in handy, much as you'd expect.

I think if you haven't done anything which causes a movie(minus resting) to be played after you've dropped them, the intestines should be right where you left them.

Sure, they'll come in handy, but they aren't necessary to finish the game. Don't be overly concerned if you can't find them.

I'm such a control freak I can't bear to not know what "might have been" with those intestines!
I had a little wander around (to no avail) and then just reloaded an earlier save-game: It's really no hardship replaying a game that is this absorbing.

Thanks for your responses guys: It's great to see a community for such an old game still going strong ;)
