I killed the Fishmarket guy, now what?

I just got in Chinatown and was send to the fishmarket where I had to fight some Fish.
After that the door closes and I still have to find Barabus. I already tried everything..."try the second floor..."
I did find some ladder, on the balconies of the homes of tese chinese people, leading up to a higher balcony, but I can't get it down.
What am I suposed to do after killing the fish?

The fish quest is totally unrelated with the Rescue WhatsHisName- Quest.
To further it you need to go to the Red Dragon, talk to the owner and do his quest for him. He will give you a name. Then you need to visit this guy at his place. This will lead you to a club, in which you have to confrot the owner.
And after *that* you will get to just another building in which you will find the vampire you are looking for.

SHOUT!

Like I already said I just came in Chinatown. I visited the golden temple and after the introductory Keuej-Jin story. I got send to the Red dragon Restaurant. There was this fish guy in the corner who said that he'd be waiting for me at the fishmarket. But as I just came in to China town I looked around a little and found the girl on the oposite of the street who want to do a quest with me and asks me to meet her at the fishmarket, where we battle the fish. After that I return to the restaurant and get redirected to "...second floor..."

I already went back to the Red Dragon restaurant. I talked to the girl there, but she just keeps blowing me off~!
then there is this old dude that "..notta speaka english..."and keeps looking to the corner that fish guy was in. And then there is the hostess that keeps directing me to the "...second floor..."
And I can't talk to the old dude behind the bar.

Ok i see where you problem is now , mate. To get to the second floor you have to use a somewhat hidden elevator.
Remember that desk- thingy , the girl is standing behing when you first enter the
Red Dragon? Behind it is a small whitish button. You press it, and a secret door will swing open, allowing access to the elevator.
Yes, this is a utter senseless puzzle, but what can you do?
