Folks, this is driving me mad. I've 'cured' the empathic manifestation in the temple and spoken to the Avatar but he hasn't offered me the 1st part of the rod. I've told him the people outside don't follow him. Is there something I should be carrying? something else I should have done??? Hope someone can help. Thanks.

I myself never had this problem.I know there is not nothing your suppose to be carrying.
