Help requested please

First hint I need is about Mitnick quest last hub in Chinatown : I wasn't able to figure out the passwords for accessing both the Net security and vault commands in Kamikazi Zen server and as my Hacking skills suck, I'm unable to finish this Quest !
Second is the location of the book Pisha wants ! Does someone knows where exactly it could be found in the Giovanni's mansion ?

Don't remember on the first question.

The second: the book is sitting on a table in the basement room in the Giovanni mansion--this is the room that has the metal table/elevator with the big lever.

The password to activate net security is nirvana and the one to open the safe is nippelhcs.
