Sewer Door in Fun With Pestilence.

I dropped to the sewers after killing the first plague bearer. Looking for another, i talked to Tin Can Bill already be4 and he said to go to the sewers. I went there and found 1 white door but cant open it. When i try to it just clicks, the guy wont even try to lock-pick it or anything.

How do I get to the next Plague Bearer?

That door leads to the nosferatu haven.
The second plaguebearer isnt in the sewers.
Try looking for some hints in the skylineapartments.

To Stilgar: actually the usual order I've encountered plague bearers in is Jezebell first, then Kanker, which is what I think this question is referring to. Kanker is not in the regular downtown sewers. There is a second manhole in the alley beyond where you talked to Tin Can Bill. It will link to a new area. That is where you can find Kanker.
