where's the Manhole(ocean house)????

i've tried. but i dont find a sewer i can go down. in the walktrough they say go to the manhole. but i dont find it. can u tell me exactelly where 2 go plssss

There are quite alot of manholes u can climb down, one is located in that dark alley, between mercurio's apartment building and the pawnshop.

do i have 2 do something first 2 open the sewer or is there a trick? cuz i've tried 2 open it and 2 climb in but it doesnt work...

Hmm.. not sure I understood it all properly but u seem to have found an entrance down at least, right?

Once u climb down, u'll notice that there's a hole u can go through if u CROUCH.

I could provide screens for u if u have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about.

There's quite a few manholes in Santa Monica. It is possible to enter any manhole that you find, I believe. There's one in the alley right outside of your apartment building that you should be able to enter. When you mouse over the manhole cover, you should get an "action" icon similar to the icon that appears when you mouse over a door.

An important thing to note is that in order to get around properly in the sewers, you are going to have to crouch (at least until you get into the main tunnel where it is possible to stand.) Crouch before you open the manhole cover, climb down the ladder, and then crawl into the smaller pipe that leads to the main tunnel. Sometimes I would have to jump in order to get into the smaller pipe, but maybe that's just me.

well it seems 2 b easy. but somehow it doesnt work! i went 2 every manhole in the area but i cant open none of them!! i crouched, i stood. i walked on it. from every direction. but no damn icon is 2 b seen!!!!!
why???

You don't need a key to get into the sewer system in the city. You should be able to walk up to any manhole, open it, and descend into the sewers.
