Havens
There are only two clan-specific havens that I know of (actually, I'm guessing on one). Most clans will get a haven on the fourth floor of the Skyline Apartments from LaCroix. This will happen only if you are completely agreeable to LeCroix (don't backtalk), and only after you finish the Elizabeth Dane quest without killing anyone.
The Tremere Clan has a haven (up the stairs in the Chantry) which Max will give you after you kill the Gargoyle and do not tell anyone of Max's link to that Gargoyle.
There is a locked door with a mailbox next to it in the downtown sewers. I think that this is the Nosferatu haven, but I don't know how to acquire it. . .and I'd really like to.
Strange...
I killed one policeman by dropping a container on him.
LaCroix was furious but i still got the haven with my Toreador.
Perhaps you just have to be polite to get the apartment.
Being polite may be enough, since if you are polite it does trigger a different conversation tree. The only time I've acquired the Skyline Haven is when I've been polite (most of my characters are not) AND when I've completed the Dane without killing anyone. I think there is a logic flaw concerning cause and effect, so maybe that is what I'm doing.

It's not a terribly important place as it fullfills the same needs as the Santa Monica Haven, but it's just nice to have a spiffier place to pick up mail, cash, Heather and e-mail.
My Tremere has a room in the Chantry, and I must say I'm really pleased with the gothic look and bar with extensive alcoholic collection.
