hollywood's sewers
after King's way, I went into the hollywood sewers looking for the nosferatu. after a while of exploring I hit a switch and was dragged down to a pool. it seems there is no way out of it. A water machine that doesn't seem to be a way to stop it and two holes near it that lead no where. can someone tell me what to do?

This is a spoiler, so it's in black (just highlight it to see what's there):
You do need to go down the 'drain' as you described. As you move towards the rotars you need to grab on to the ladder and get out. There will be Tzimisce creates in the two sewer holes near where you get out so kill them. if you're really luck - and this happened to me - they will fall in to the water and be trapped there.
Across from where you get out are two sewer holes. They connect to an area much the same as the one you're in now. Go through either and clear out the Tzimisce creates there two. Once you're in no danger, pick up one of the steel drums and throw it in to the water. They will stop the rotars long enough for you to climb them and escape through the sewer hole above them.
