Suvam & Yavin Space Station

Hello

I was wondering whether one has to beat Suvam at Pazaak multiple times in order to recieve the twenty-percent discount each visit. In other words, if I beat him at Pazaak ten times in order to recieve the discount then will the discount remain in place for the remainder of the game?

No, not really a spoiler. But I can't answer you, since I never got the discount.

I think if you beat him more than 10 times, he'll give you the discount, which is pretty sweet, considering that you've just won, like 7500 credits with which to buy stuff. For an extra discount of ten % there is another option, which is to talk to him about his *whatever they're called, I remember it starts with b* items and you will at some point get the force persuade option "you will give me all of these items". He'll say no, but then you can say "you will give me a discount on all items", at which point, for me, his puny mind snapped under my supreme dark influence.

I do recall the discount staying in effect for the remainder of the game, yes.

This can be done, but you have to visit the station at least three times and defeat the big group of Trandoshans first. Then he says he's going to split, so you ask him what he's going to do with his stuff. Then you try a Force Persuade to give you everything which always fails. After that, you can persuade him to give you the discount.

I was able to Force Persuade Suvam for the discount the very first time I visited him, not only after three visits and the fight with the Trandoshans.
