This post is going to detail some boss fights, so look away now if you don't want to burn your eyes out.
So I opted to play a Toreador, and I also gave them almost no weapon specialisation. Sure, they were seductive and persuasive and could pick any lock... but the fact that they got creamed by any boss started to bite. But then, I discovered certain little glitches in the game.
No. 1
When fighting the Blade and Claw Brothers beneath the Giovanni Mansion, wait for them to return to the centre of the arena to fire a magic blue thing at you. Make sure you're standing on the area that's up from the stairs, backed right up against the wall at this point. When they fire the spell, you'll fly up into the air... and if you do it right (keep backing into the wall) you'll get stuck in the ceiling! They won't be able to touch you, so just fire away with those guns, and don't move or else you'll be dislodged. This is very slow, I'll admit, but if it gets rid of one of the brothers, it isn't too hard to finished the other one.

The final fight against the Tzimisce, in the H(a/o)llowbrook Hotel totally beat me the first 100 times I played, but the way to do it is simple. After the fleshmaster has said his little bit, just climb back up to the door where you started. He won't touch you (or can't). So just fire away at him once again.

This isn't quite a boss fight, but basically, if you jump into the nice water feature in Xiao's Temple (the one with the water-wheel) her minions will simply hid behind pillars, and make no attempt to come in after you. So shoot them!
Anyone else notice things like this?
Using glitches to one's advantage... *spoilers*

It is funny how the AI workd in NPCs in game.
In masquerade areas, doing the wrong thing in front of someone gets you in trouble. Though dead bodies on the ground are no reason for alarm.
Many mobs will rush to attack you, and call an alarm. Other nearby NPCs will come an investigate. If they can't get to you and are under ranged fire, they will attempt to hide behind a solid object. But they don't try to flee and get more help when hurt. A dead body to a patroling NPC means nothing to them. If they are getting hurt but can't see you, they don't move to attack or retreat to avoid the injury.
Though bodies don't last long on the ground is another matter.
Probably my biggest gripe is the infinate respawning of enemies in some areas. There is one place where one will respawn less than 5 feet away from you. Either have a limited number of respawns or when you reach the spawn area, spawning there is stopped. Infinate respawns are the bane of linear single player games.
It would be nice if the AI had pathfinding inteligance, where they would find ways around obstructions.
Spoiler:
The first time I met Andrei, I noticed he does not attack, but only summons the 2 headrunners. I was able to jump on top of the table in the room and use the Brokk to pick him off, while the headrunners hid behind pillars or in culverts. As long as you don't kill the headrunners, he does not summon more. I don't know if this is intentional that the table is above the attack height of the headrunners, but it made the fight insanely easy for my Malkavian once I figured it out. Two of the four locations Andrei moves to are very close to the table so even with poor ranged skill, someone can take him out. There are a few other similar places in game where you can use objects to prevent enemies from reaching you.

My computer pretty much sucks so when I am in a bossfight and start some disciplines everything is like it's slow motion and NOT in a good way.. so these glitch-tips are truly helpful for me. Without them I would probably have no chance of completing the game. I have been trying to kill the brothers for a week now... well not every day 10 hours of course.. it's not so much fun to die within less than a minute cause the computer sucks so I usually stop after 5 tries.. I hope the brothers-glitch works for me. thanks

Lame cheat in black
If you run back into the hallway when the claw brothers apear they tend to only charge you one at at a time, with a decent shotgun you can nail them for a good hit, they teleport away and then you shoot the next one. I just stood there with my tremere and in about 2 minutes they where dead. Rinse and Repeat as needed
