for some reason whenever/wherever i go to sell my expensive items im always given only 250 credits for em.... where do i go or what do i do to ge there full value???

What items are you referring to? Whom have you spoken to about trading them in?

any items.... armor blades etc.... ive had things in a number of games that where worth like 3-9000 credits and any merchant... even on yavin.... only offered me 250 credits

Unfortunatley there is nothing you can do about that, at least to my knowledge.
Whatever the item you sell it will always be grossly undervalued, otherwise you could just get the expensive stuff and keep selling it.
Which would unbalance the game, yes its very annoying, I still dont think its particulary fair, but there you go!

You're always going to get paid less than an item's worth when selling it. After all, the buyer has to be able to make money reselling something, not to mention depreciation.

Ever accidentally sold something, then had to buy it back? It costs a lot more, doesn't it? That's business.

I see others have beaten me to it. Unless you're suggesting that in previous games you used to receive far more, what you're facing is deliberately over-simplified devaluement of items to keep you money-hungry in the game. Don't worry about it. Eventually you'll have plenty, and you'll keep finding nearly all the items you want in enemy caches anyway, without having to spend a cent. Save up for a few expensive goodies.
