Bowerstone South property

Is there a way to own all the property in Bowerstone South?

I know you can own the clothier, barbershop and your own marital home but is it possible to get the other houses in town? I was able to lure most of the adults in town out to get them killed but since the houses have kids I assume that is a small road block with some of the houses.

You have to make sure you lead out everyone in that household, that includes children if they are part of the household. I found that if I lead people out and didn't manage to get everyone, when I went back to do it again, they would follow. I guess you have only one shot at it, because you can't lead them out again. BUT I did manage to get a couple homes in Bowerstone North.

For some reason the children won't leave town. I do make sure they are following me though. So you are saying its possible to lead the children out of the town if you have all their family with them?
