There are two quests in the gd that i can't complete.
The spirit of the child wellyn is not there anymore, only his mourning parents, so I can't give him, or hist parents the teddy bear. Also the palladin is not there anymore to convince him to take care of the orphin.
Not major things, but irritating.
I already installed the patch.

now, "something" took my robe of archmagi, i bought in trademeet.
I am not sure, I didn't do much, and i certainly didn't put it on the floor somewhere.
there was Lord d'arnises wedding...but i can't reclaim

is this a known bug, or did i do something silly?

I don't remember what causes the Paladin to appear - it could just be time of day. 
As for Wellyn, I am pretty sure his parents are there during the day and he roams at night. So you might want to come back a few hours later.

At night while you are holding the teddy bear walk up to Wellyn's Grave and click on it, he'll pop out and claim his teddy bear.
Also the palladin is not there anymore to convince him to take care of the orphin.
The paladin only appears early in the morning, sometimes around 4-8 o'clock or something.

Have you been to the guarded compound in the temples district or inside the planarsphere? In these two places there are Nishruu monsters that get summoned and they have the pain in the A## ability of destroying your items inrevoccably. Even though robes, bracers and other things don't have charges they can sometimes (more often than not) eat your other items that never have charges.

sounds like my problems are solved...

is there a way to not let the monster eat your inventory, or should I just check in the end and reload, when it happened?

Personally I don't tackle the Guarded compound until I've gotten "Death Spell", which will kill all summoned monsters instantly. There is a trap that summons a large amount of monsters and as soon as it starts you cast death spell to get rid of the monsters straight away (leaving just the demon).
Alternatively don't use any caster chracters near by until you've killed the "Nishruu", and one thing is, you have to be FAR, FAR AWAY. As a side note invisibility doesn't protect against "Nishruus" and "Hakashars".
