Jon stuff
Some scrolls are hard to find, unless you complete nearly every quest of course. And why would the programmers want to go through all the work of coding spells if people didn't get to see most of them? Personally, I like the neatness effect of trying out new spells, and then I fall back on using just a few of them.

i just Fought Jon by the tree of live and beat him up in Hell half an hhour ago.
it only took my 20 min.
ad the tree of live he casts time stop twice in a row.
And he only managed to kill jan and some skeletons.
And in Hell he just stands in one of the 4 corners of Hell and casts some mirror immages.
The only spell that he cast alot when u attack him By the Tree of life and in Hell is Maze.
And when u kill him he doesn't drop anything.
u don't even get the time to look for some loot of him either btw.

Jon Irenicus HAS made several contributions to magic lore, actually. Even before his exile he created spells, but it was the ones he devised after his disgrace that are the most famous. I can only recount one here, but perhaps more learned scholars of the realms can describe others.
Jon's Sarcastic Voice of Villainy
level: 3
duration: 1 turn + 1 round per level
area of effect: caster
Casting this spell will cause the caster to assume the vocal characteristics of a scheming, pseudo-british snob...The voice has a 25% chance per round of ENRAGING your opponents, causing them to beat you within an inch of your life...The voice is particularly effective when used to ridicule your opponent.
(Note: Jon Irenicus casts this spell before every encounter with the PC...his real voice sounds like Barry White)

May you walk on warrrrm sannd....
Ha Ha very funny, what about during the end movie, still the same accent and what about Ellesime?
Anyway I never had the problem of him destroying my party and I remember the he does cast time stop on the tree of life, which is the easiest battle against him as all I done was run off to the top left of the tree and summoned creatures in to hit him in his starting position until he runs out of spells and then I attck him no party member taking a scratch.

Easiest way to beat Jonny is to run away from him until he's out of sight, then summon a Hakeashar (immune to all magic) so he wastes all of his spells. The same thing can be done with the Polymorph Self spell (just turn into a jelly which is also immune to magic).
I saved Suldanesellar from destruction, and all I got was this stupid amulet.
