Sabbat Disciplines
What Disciplines do the Sabbat have, ive seen guys using celerity, protean, potance. some sabbat guys have a permanent level 2 protean claws or something because there arms never change back. and some guy are a level 5 protean. on the sabbat mission some shotgunners use celerity and run around. 1 guy is at theother side of the room then he starts running at me and BOOM!!, hes right infront of me and attacking me. like it look slike he slides across the floor super fast.

Ta Dah!! Here I go again!
SPOILERS! AHOY!
Sabbat vampires, as a rule, take their numbers from willing or unwilling members of other clans. These traitors to their clans are called Antitribue. (Brujah Antitribue, Ventrue Antitribue, so on so forth.) The word means "Against the Tribe". They bind themselves into packs with a bondage ritual (Hello? Mind? Outta the gutter!) and work together VERY well. However, they are encouraged to reject all humanity, embrace frenzy and let themselves go wild in their Vampireic state. WWWWWWWoooHA!
That being said, most of their Discplines are identical to the Cammerilla vampires. However, the reason they seem to be stronger, faster, always have claws, wild beast forms? Two reasons:
Gangrel Antitribue: Like the Gangrel thesemlves, the ACTAUL table top clan flaw is that, when they enter frenzy, they recive a feature of the beast. Glowing red eyes, sharp pointed ears, tail, always sniffing, growling, -Clawed Hands And Feet-, cat like slit eyes, wild body hair.. So on so forth. The Sabbat encourage frenzy before combat, and so the Gangrel antitribue tend to be a wild amalgamation of man and animal. Scary!
Tzimisce alterations: The Tzimisce can change flesh and bone any way they see fit... And often do! They LOVE to take their fellow sabbat and... Better them before combat. Nothing like having tougher flesh, clawed hands, bone spiked elbows, giant, bat like ears to help you hear better and a mouth that can open to 3 feet to fit in a human head and chomp it off in one bite. Sure, you look like an UTTER freak, but your new, backwards bending knees let you jump 30 feet at a time and your claws tear through stone like butter!
Thats dem crazy sabbat for you. Invite them to your next party, just make sure the punch is REALLY spiked!

Falconis, forum rules. Pay especial attention to the one about letter substitutions to get around vulgarities. The site owner is really down on this. Do it again, and your post will be removed. Keep doing it, and he'll probably suspend your account, because we get plenty of complaints about this sort of thing. If you want to discuss it, feel free to PM me (send a personal message by clicking on my name), but I know Buck isn't flexible on the point.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
Don't forget the Lasombra, the masters of shadows... the Tzimisce and Lasombra were the two Vampire clans out of the original 13 that as a whole are Sabbat and Sabbat only... these two founded the Sabbat after the Camarilla was formed in the late 1400's in the Convention of Thorns. The Sabbat refused to bow down to the Ventrue and their "Masquerade", and thus they became a Sect of their own, the Camarilla's nemesis. While the Camarilla spends much of it's time politicking and attending art galleries, screwing their fellow Kindred over in schemes and mechinizations that can last decades or centuries, the Sabbat spends it's time preparing for Gehenna, the fabled time when the ancient Antideluvians (The founders of the clans) rise from torpor and devour the race of vampires as a whole. The Sabbat sees the Camarilla as pawns of those ancients, and thus their enemies, as the Sabbat plans to destroy those Antedeluvians before they can wipe out their race. To that end, they believe they are siding with Caine, the first vampire, and think that when Gehenna comes, Caine will return. The Sabbat even refer to themeselves as the Sword of Caine, and individually prefer the term "Cainites" rather than "Kindred". Though the Sabbat is far more numerous than the Camarilla, the camarilla has far more elders amongst their ranks.
The Sabbat does indeed have Antitribu from just about every clan out there, even the non Camarilla independant clans. Here are the clans that comprise the Sabbat and their disciplines.
Lasombra - Obtenebration, Dominate, Potence
Tzimisce - Vissicitude, Auspex, Animalism
Brujah Antitribu - Potence, Celerity, Presence
Gangrel Antitribu (Country) - Protean, Animalism, Fortitude
Gangrel Antitribu (City) - Protean, Obfuscate, Celerity
Malkavian Antitribu - Dementation, Obfuscate, Auspex
Nosferatu Antitribu - Obfuscate, Potence, Animalism
Toreador Antitribu - Presence, Celerity, Auspex
Ventrue Antitribu - Presence, Dominate, Fortitude
Assamite Antitribu - Quietus, Celrity, Obfuscate
Ravnos Antitribu - Chimerstry, Animalism, Fortitude
Salubri Antitribu (Mystical Warriors with a third eye on their brows, and incidentally my favorite clan) - Valeren, Auspex, Fortitude
Serpents of the Light (Essentially Setite Antitribu) - Serpentis, Obfuscate, Presence
Panders (Clanless Vampires, hated by most other Kindred) - Any three
Harbringers of Skulls (Powerful Ancient Necromancers) - Necromancy, Auspex, Fortitude
Kiasyd (Strange Half Fey Vampires) - Mytherceria, Obtenebration, Dominate
Blood Brothers (Thaumaturgically created bloodline) - Potence, Fortitude, Sanguinis
Free Gargoyles (Escaped from the clutches of the Tremere) - Flight, Visceratika, Potence, Fortitude
Once there were Tremere Antitribu, but around 1999 or so they were wiped out as a whole by some kind of magical ritual.
I hope this wasn't too in depth... heh, I just love the Sabbat. And I wish they'd made a seperate Bloodlines PC game where you could play Sabbat.

Great, a Sabbat game, we could run around drooling and gnawing on each others faces in a massive multi player game where we are all relgious fanatics who trample the "mortal herd" benath our mighty boots, comit acts too foul to write up here without being booted and partake in anti-christan blood rites while openly endorsing fundamentalist groups and cheering on Satan at football games where we kill both teams in the victory dance... I can't imagine a shovel head Sabbat game would get past the censores all that well without being quashed. Mind you, manhunt made it into stores.. Hmmm
Perhapse a Black Hand game would be better? Something subtle and cunning, but still twisted and evil? Or maybe a game where you start as Sabbat, but your pack is destoryed, ending your vaulderie to them and giving you a chance to flee the horror's you've seen? Sorta a "Long hard road out of hell" kinda game where you struggle to make up for the things you've done "in the name of Caine".
Meanwhile, Gargoyles side with the Cammerilla dude. *Jabs the guide to the Cammerilla book* even thou that makes NO sense, seeing as the Tremere are so hated by them... I spose it's a "rub it in the masters face" kinda thing.
And for anyone thats interested, some of the Antiribue clans do ocassionaly favour other Discplines over their clans original ones... Ventrue Antiribue sometimes take Auspex instead of Presence (Dominate, Fortitude, Auspex) and other similar diviance from their "Parent Clan"... Maybe in an effort to proved how different they are? Sad... The nut never lands far from the tree in this case.

Not all sabbat vampires have to be drooling psycopaths with no self control lol...a game that involved around a decent sabbat pack rather than shovelheads could be pretty cool, just because they reject humanity doesn't mean they don't have any politics etc. Sabbat elders are likely just as unwilling to risk their unlife as Camarilla ones, case in point, Camarilla UK Sabbat game, not one of the elder sabbat were willing to do *anything* when we went elder hunting...and pretty much frowned upon our blowing the camarilla stuff up etc. So more politically based less run around killing EVERYTHING in sight are easily possible, and most paths don't allow for mass slaughter....so said shovelheads killing everything in sight are unlikely to last long before they wassail

The problem is that the politics in the sabbat is bewteen the few elders they have, and usualy invovles playing the packs of against each other... Which, suprise suprise, leads to solutions like Games Of Endurance and Monomancy rather then much back stabbing and cloak and dagger. The Elders of the sabbat are carful to frown upon all political agendas shown by the younger sabbat, preeching loudly that the sabbat is about "Freedom from such things" and that to invovle in them is "The way of the Antedluvians trap" and "To close to the humanity you should be rejecting, not embracing"
Of course, all this is geered towards keeping the younger packs of Sabbat busy and not realising they are being played or used, not thinking about the inevitablity of their own final deaths in some suicidal Cammerilla raid, so on so forth... The only way a Sabbat computer game would work is to have some True Sabbat veterens in a pack, the kind who have mannaged to work their way up from shovel head... But that presents a problem. It's hard to slowly introduce someone to the Sabbat and the game with tutorials when they are already meant to have been Sabbat for a few years now.. And again, the depravity the Sabbat sinks to in an effort to distance themselves from humans, take up a path, create fear and dread, breech the masquerade.. so on so forth... Would make a decent censore cringe and bring up his breakfast.
There are very, VERY few players in a Table Top game I would trust to treat Sabbat characters of any decent intelligence and standing with any kind of respect and maturity.. I would fear the day when we could expect all computer game players of every age to enjoy that kind of experince. It's for far too narrow a crowd. The kind of people who can appriciate the horror of it, without laughing and joking about how many human heads they have down their pants today. Urk.
Oh! And before I forget, most Sabbat based paths have "Failing to kill when it's in your best intersts" or "Failing to ride the wave of frenzy" as tenants, both of which lead to brutality at any time... The ones that don't have those, oddly, have "Killing for any reason other then surivial" or "allowing a person to die... Dead people don't feel pain after all"... Creepy Sabbat Paths.

True, they also have a large number of paths on instinct if I remember correctly, which has a quite ludicrous system for frenzy. I remember when some bright person decided to screw the assamites by putting the path of blood in instinct, when one of their tenants is to not frenzy...suffice it so say shortly after they developed some path of something ridiculous like harmony or community or something.....madness, but not on instinct...

No, the Brujah clan is part of the Cammerilla. The Brujah Antetribue are an offshot of vampires from that clan who have joined the sabbat. Any clan can, in theory, join the Cammerilla or Sabbat, the only reason a clan is said to be a "Cammerilla Clan" or "Sabbat Clan" is because the majority of it's members are part of that sect... And tend to hunt down and erradicate all members that don't stay with that sect.
Pink is an Assamite, but at the time the game was set there were no Assamites in the Cammerilla. The Assamites hire themselves out to other Vampires as assasins and spies. Pink pretended to be a Cammerilla Brujah in order to gain your trust so he could lead you astray for a while and get you to help him kill the Giovanni.
Why is it so easy to masquerade as a Cammerilla member? Because the Cammerilla make their laws and traditions VERY well known, so that people breaking them have no excuse and can be killed quickly and without fuss.
