You don't learn and obey the rules. Noooooo. You apply them at will, and at any time, without exception. Contradiction? I don't think so. It's the most important rule of the Code.

Never admit you're tired before all the rest of the team do. Admiting this is stuff for girls and kids, and you are a macho man for crying out loud.

Never accept candy. Macho man only eat salty things, or things with strong taste. Candy is for kids.

When going into the beach, pay attention. Everytime a pretty lady passes you MUST zoom her posterior and tell your nearest friend the qualities of that lady.

Never wear suntan lotion at a beach. Real men don't tan. That's for sissies. They burn.

But then, it's not a sacred code if you apply them at will. The code of men must be strictly adhered to. Otherwise, you're not much of a man!

But that leads to the question...what kind of man follows the rules? :D

(It's almost like asking for directions!)
I sincerely wish we could re-consider this plan from a perspective that involved pants.

Mmmm.. Paradoxical.. And I thought we men were simplistic.

It's nothing like asking for directions, because men don't ask for directions, nor are these aspects of the code asked for. They are stated. You are told what to do. And really, when a man is givin instructions, a man follows those instructions (unlike if a man is given an instruction manual, a man will find their own way)

[QUOTE=fable]A bad film is a bad film. I don't care whether it's an action flick or a chick flick. Its crew deserve to be shot, its director disemboweled, its producer sent to prison for life, and its stars fed to rabid parrots.

I feel sorry for the company that hires George Lucas to direct a film using Chocolat's crew starring Vin Diesel, The Rock, and Arnold. :D

*I actually enjoyed Rid**** and Walking Tall though....

So if a woman gives any instruction a man will follow those instructions????

Depends on the woman and the reward involved in my own experiences.
"You can do whatever you want to me."
"Oh, so I can crate you and hide you in the warehouse at the end of Raiders?"
"So funny, kiss me funny boy!" / *Sprays mace* " I know, I know, bad for the ozone"

Then women are now women, they are drow.

Anyway, Fable is right. Men must burn in the beach.

And spit on the ground when women pass by. Loud.

And belch, and fart. They must never, on any occasion, for whatever reason, floss.

You're definitely overdoing it now.
Men are civilized. It's finding the balance that's important.

Indeed.

To acquire balance, all men in the age of 12 must have made at least 5 farting competitions with their friends without throwing their meals out.

And, of course, sing a xmas song belching. That's imperative.

No man is a real man without having polished his dad's car - if he had one - and if he dont want to have a car for himself.

Balance is all about eating red meat, making sexist comments, and taking a baseball bat to the head of anyone that disagrees with you. This is the balance of REAL men.

A REAL man is somewhere between caveman and gentleman. You clearly highlight the leftside. The REAL man you're talking about just scares the ladies away.
That leaves you with only men around you...

And that is true of REAL men! Real men only hang around real men!

Actually, I'm kinda surprised you can talk about a "balance." There is no balance, because everything discussed here is deliberate satire on attitude. Nothing's appropriate in attitude towards life for men, or women. It's all just cultural indocrtination.
