Enchant doesnt work

For unknown reason, I can not enchant a weapon/armor with fortify strenght/other etc. This option doesnt show , any idea why??I have azura star and daedric set.Golden saint soul inside. I remember previous game I could do it.

You need to have atleast one fortify attribute skill..

He means spell, not skill

Yep. You have to be able to cast a spell, before you can enchant it into an item.
