help with luskan captains (possible spoiler)

ok i killed both captains and got their heads. idiot me i forgot to talk to either captain to bring the others head to him for the 500 something experience points. anyways no biggie whats done is done so then i go talk to that girl in the wink and tinkle her name is Rhain. I told her both captains were dead she was overjoyed and i got some experience but that was it. I go to my quests menu and it still says that the captains are waging war across town and whenever i run around town their annoying troops keep attacking me. How do i complete this quest in the quest menu or have i forgotten something?

The captains "wageing war" is because they wan't you to kill each other for them - as you yourself know.
If you don't hand in the head to one of opposing of them - the quest is not finished Thus when both are dead you can't complete it, because you can't give one head to the other captian (stupid NwN not being able to complete it when both are dead

- they can't wage war when dead

)
Don't sweat it and just move on, and forget that one is listed as unfinished for the chapter - there are some quests like that.
