Sewer

Can anbody tell me how to enter the sewer, Therese send me to a Hotel to take care of a ghost, but i don´t know how and where i can enter the sewer.

There are manholes all over the city. I would start with one of them. Activate it like you would a door

Keep trying. Maybe try crouching and don't stand ON it stand beside it. They all open.
