Need Help with VV's 2nd quest

I screwed up VV's second quest can I fix it? heres what happened; I got to Hollywood, and before even going to VV's place I went to the Luck-E-Star hotel, and I talked to the clerk. I ended up intimidating him cause I thought it was funny. After that I went to VV's and did her first quest. Upon completion I went back to VV's and she told me I had to go to the Luck-E-Star Hotel to get a script or video tape I cant remember which from the clerk working there. But the problem is..whenever I go into the hotel the clerks running away from me, and screaming. There isnt even an option to talk to him anymore.

All the other places ive gone and scrared someone when you leave the building theyre fine when u come back..but no no not this guy. So i thought to myself maybe if i leave town..maybe hell switch back, to no avail. Then I figured Id do somemore missions hoping time would fix this problem. But 5 missons down the road I still cant talk to this clerk guy. And now that ive done these 5 missions I dont want to start from an autosave before I talked to that guy cause of all the XP and stuff Ive done.

I was wondering if anyone else experienced this problem, and how they dealt with it. Is there anything I can do with the console to fix it? Any tips would help..thanks.

I sucked his blood when I first got to Hollywood as well.
Ive tried putting him in a trance. Ive tried shooting him. Ive tried it all to no avail HELP PLZ!

Basically, you're screwed. I've had this one myself and I've found no way around it. You could try loading an earlier save, or if someone would be so kind to post a console workaround that would be nice too....

Not screwed, it's only a sidequest. Not of influence on the main storyline, so you could just keep on playing. Or are you anxious to get VV's reward ?

I'm stuck with this as well , just sucked a lil on him when I first arrived in Hollywood and now I can't talk to him .. =)

If there's a possible way to go around this it would be so sweet if somebody would share that info .. =)
