How much does wisdom really affect the effect of force powers???

how much force points you have, and the save penalty..the higher the wisdom, the harder it is to resist your force powers, and the more force points you have...

charisma affects the cost of casting opposite alignment force powers...a pure lightsider with high charisma can cast lightning more cheaply with high charisma.
