i recently defeated Gotos fleet and im talking to kreia and she asks which type of prestiges class i should be... is there a type which is the best? and where can i find lightsaber crystals??

Basically the prestige Classes are similar to the default jedi classes. For a decent survey about them check this

Second, you'll find alot of lightsaber crystals in a cave on dantooine.

Yep, you find alot of crystals on Dantoonie, the planet which where the destroyed Jedi base once stood. if you go from the Ebon Hawk just go to the left and run past the Militia's investigator and you should find a cave with the crystals in it. Also you'll find something worth getting there.
