ghost touched bottle help

i really need help getting the ghost bottle im trying to follow the game from start to finish doing all quests and getting everything. one prob in the walkthrough on this site it says u get it from the owner of the inn in the town of targos. how do you get it? on my other file i forgot how but this new one it wont open a dialogue or anything to let me get it. the only interaction ive had with the innkeeper so far is completing the ghost quest for him. the ghost is currently still there but the quest is done she said shed wait until she could repay me with a favor or something. can anyone help me?

You need to talk about that ''Kholum'' and ''did he pay anything''

You will get those things easily by talking to that ''Adventure party'' in salty dog..

Ask about those two other members..
