ikeepgetting this error

Where do you get the error? Loading up the game? Somewhere in the middle?

same where about 10 mminets of play it's in the begining

lol, must say the python coders at troika games aren't that good in memory handling...

They also made the code using old python libs..
perhaps next patch will solve that part..

try to free some of your memory or buy more...
---
check if you have background processes running...
like popupstoppers, adaware, antivirus-progs, etc.
unplug you internet connection and stop network services...
stop as many unneccessary processes you can and see if it runs better...
if it does, you can later start each process stopped one at a time to see when the crash reappears.
