Hint please: Where to go in ventrue tower? *endgame spoiler*

I've killed the mind-controlled suicide guy (thought he was the prince) in the messy part of the ventrue tower and picked up the astrolite he dropped, but now I can't figure out where to go.

The only place I can go from the torn-up part of the tower is back down the tube I came up, and the only thing I can find to do on the level with the stuck elevator is a button across from the stuck elevator which lights up and then never does anything else.

Could someone please tell me where to look or go next? I'd appreciate it.

There's an elevator, if u get near it u'll notice that the astrolite gets Hi-lighted.
Plant it and then push the "up" button, and then after it has exploded, use the elevator urself.

Same problem- little different.

I've got basically the same problem after killing the fake Lacroix. I pick up the bomb. Place it on the elevator. Send It up. Watch it blow up. Now I'm stuck. Is there a way to get the elevator to return, or is it supposed to return automatically, because if it is, it isn't.

Go below the elevator you just sent up. On the right side there is a call elevator button... its very small and very well hidden. Press that button and the elevator you sent up will come back down.
