Some NPC's wont talk to me

I have a problem with a few quests in Baldur's Gate. I have BG I and TotSC installed, as well as an XPcapremover.

The dwarf that you need to get the cloak from Algernon for continues to repeat his quest, even when i have the cloak. It wont take the cloak and give me the xp/gold.

Second, the quest for Ramazith is bugged or something. When i enter the house of Ragefest, he talks to me, and if i let him get mad and kill him, i cant talk to the nymph. I can click all i want, but nothing happens.

When i release her through the dialogue options, she disappears and i get the nymphs hair. But i want the mage dead, then take her and her hair and then kill the other mage for the xp, just to see how high i can get after doing almost all quests available...

Whats wrong?

Ýou can get a truckload of patches here. That ought to solve most of your problems.

Thx. I followed the advice of another member here after reading another thread about cutscene problems (which i suffered as well), so now it should be fixed.
