I started a game with throne of bhaal. I had saves from the shadows of Amn game before I installed mods. I plan using these saves.
I installed unfinished business, ease of use, baldurdash update with text update, improved banter pack, item upgrade and Cespy audio upgrade. a few other small mods.
The problem is I went to speak with CromWell and the first dialog choice was someting that leads me to saying a bunch erroronis text.
Stuff about Edwin the girl, stuff about Boo being stold, stuff about Aerie. I think all this dialoge goes with another NPC. Is there a problem or is sigled with just cromwell??

Second note:: I also have turnip golem installed. How do I get this to activate? Like what and where are the triggers??

It's an install order problem - JCompton answered your thread in more detail at http://forums.pocketplane.net :)

You should reinstall in the correct order (patch, Baldurdash, WeiDU mods).

My next question is with what imentioned above installed, can I still access the old items with Cromwell for him to upgrade? Like Gesen(?) bow or equalizer or wave axe, ect....?

so I uninstalled then sent all my files to the recycle bend. All except save, temp and charactor. Does that sound about right?
I'll reinstall tonight.

Ok, well I got them all installed and I think its up to speed, but I still want to know how you activate the turnip golem and can I still make the old weapons from the original unmoded game with Cromwell the blacksmith.

Both smiths will still make their old items; there will just be some extra dialogue options...

I've never played with the turnip golem, but I would guess the slums near Jan Jansen (the turnip merchant).

Hey Stramoski, good hear hear from thee friend. Anyway with the item upgrade there are at start, (at least where I'm at), there are 18 dialoge options. None of which say anything about the old items. I am hopeing that if I aquire them on the way there will open up the dialoge option to assemble them. Can you or anyone else varify this???

As for the turnip golem, I was told it would be there when I downloaded the mod into my game. (Jans basement). But If someone could tell me, is it time activated or what. Basement +no golem as of yet. I am still betatesting my mod installation.

I was going to post today anyway so here are some other game relavent topics I would like to address to the forum.

First problem: I installed the abby store. I was told a soldier merchant would be in front of the temple of Waukeen. I went there, at night, and no merchant. I went to the prominade and the goverment district.

Second problem: I installed volcano merchant, which is some deamon in front of the temple of Oghma at the docks. All's weel untill I buy a set of bracers that are supposed to give +15hit and regeneration. I know it gave me no hit points at all. I don't recall if the regen worked or not. Are all his items going to be bunk like that? That was all I could of afforded at the time. Is this a bug??

Lastly I have the cal-culator mod. I can't find the ring? I looked in all the barrels/chest on the outside at the prominade but found nothing. Is it inside somewhere?? I hope so!

OK Here is my currant situation. I t went Engs vegatable shop and spoke with him and searched around and no Hubelpot. So what gives here??
Still no turnip golem. May is it hidding in the gorden or something.
SO is this a salad or vegatable bug or what. Maybe they cancel each other out.

I searched and I search for Cal's ring and could not find it. Where or WHY?

The Aby merchant stuff I think is good?
I checked for regen and it worked. It does not give =15 hit points to max just to initial bearing.

DO you think I have an install problem maybe install order problem or what with the above three??
Should I reinstall??

Ok my currant situation is updated now. Here it is.
I found I did not download the cal culator mod at all. I did and its there. After finding it I went to the Den Of the Seven Vales and killed the guys upstairs and then everyone else in the bar. Cal did not calculate it. WHY??? Is it only enemys or what. How does it work and why did it not work there??

Also I wanted the clue consul to add Hubelpot and the turnip golem. Both are said to be installed but when I did it says it does not work. Oh and YES I have been to Enges shop prior to downloading Hubelpot.
When I try to clue him in it says something like file already exisit and only repeates the first three letters in the clue consul. (Like "sc# ,.............then stops). Instead of "Sc#hub"..

Is ther any way to use ShadowKeeper to bring the Turnip golum and Hubelpot up????????
ANything else?? Please!
I am down to my last two mods for this games betatest. HELP!

Ok, all is solved now. The CluaConsul worked, I was doing it wrong. I did not type CluaConsul in the script.
The Turnip Golem is weak. I was expecting a huge golem with incredible power. No Way.
HublePot is only first level. This is weird for a Shadows of Amn Game I think. I may try to up him in Shadow Keeper. I wonder why he has no vegi's on him, they are supposed to be pretty powerful
I still wonder about Cal Ring. Who does it cal-culate? Only enimies or what? I killed a buch of folk in the bar, (beta-test), and it did not cal-culate.
Other than that all goes well, thanks folks for your gameing support.

Cal culator

You said to write you if I encountered any problems, well I did.
I installed Cal-culator and it works except when I kill folk it says you killed such and such but has no Number listed. Like you slapped gnolls, but not how many. Is this a bug. I reinstalled it and it does the same thing.
Also who does it count, anybody I kill or just quest enemies. I tested it out in a bar and with some CluaConsul creature summons. The first time I used it it was not even the same script. Seem to not even register anything at all. Now it register everything even, things I did not kill but again with no numbers.
Please help this D and D buff with little Cal-band.
